Paying should be the least interesting part of your visit to Gethealthboost. Here is exactly what we take, how the transaction is protected and what to do when something does not go through.

What we accept

The options available to you are shown on the payment step at checkout. If a method is not listed there, it is not one we can accept.

How your details are protected

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments, which operates to PCI-DSS standards. Everything passing between your browser and our store travels over SSL/TLS encryption, and full card numbers are never written to our servers. We see that an order was paid for; we do not see, keep or have any way to retrieve the card itself.

Prices, tax and totals

All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD). The order total, including the product price and any applicable sales tax, is displayed before you confirm the purchase. Standard shipping is free within the United States, so there is no delivery line to add and no hidden fee waiting at the last step.

When the charge happens

Your payment method is charged when the order is placed, and a confirmation email follows within a few minutes. If it has not appeared, check the spam or junk folder first, then write to support@gethealthboost.com and we will resend it.

If a payment is declined

A decline is usually one of four things. Before trying again:

Check that the billing address and card details match what your bank holds.
Confirm that funds or credit are available.
Look for a security block or a limit set by your card issuer, which often needs a confirmation from you.
Try one of the other methods listed above.
