Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of gethealthboost.com and any order you place on it. They sit alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund and Returns Policy, and by browsing the site or buying from it you accept all four. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. Who you are dealing with

Gethealthboost is the trading name of ORLEN GOURMET LLC, based in COLUMBUS, OH. We sell Wellness & Fitness Gear products online only; there is no retail counter to visit.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, current and complete, and that you are authorised to use the payment method presented.

3. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for everything done under them. Tell us at support@gethealthboost.com as soon as you suspect anyone else has access, and we will help you secure it.

4. Products, descriptions and availability

Product pages describe each item as accurately as we can, including materials, measurements and quantities. Photography and screen calibration vary, so colours may differ slightly from what you see. We may change, update or withdraw any listing at any time without notice, and stock is not guaranteed until an order is accepted.

5. Prices, tax and errors

Prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and exclude sales tax unless stated otherwise. The full total, including tax, appears at checkout before you confirm. We may change prices at any time, and we reserve the right to correct an obvious pricing or description error even after an order is placed - in that case we will contact you and you may confirm the corrected order or cancel it for a full refund.

6. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation, not when the order confirmation arrives. We may decline an order where the item is unavailable, where a pricing error has occurred, or where we suspect fraud or a breach of these Terms.

7. Payment

We accept Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Elo, JCB, and UnionPay, processed securely at checkout by Shopify Payments. Every charge is displayed before you confirm; there are no hidden fees, subscriptions or recurring charges on any order.

8. Shipping

We ship only within the United States, to all 50 states. There is no international shipping and no expedited service; standard shipping is free with no minimum order. Processing and transit times, tracking and the treatment of delayed parcels are set out in full in our Shipping Policy.

9. Cancellations

To cancel, write to support@gethealthboost.com as soon as possible with your order number. An order that has already been processed or handed to the carrier may not be possible to cancel, in which case the Refund and Returns Policy applies.

10. Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects, transit damage or a wrong item received, within 30 days of delivery. Change of mind and personal preference are not grounds for a return. The eligibility rules, the 72-hour damage window, the evidence we need and the refund timings are set out in the Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Intellectual property

The site and its contents - text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, logos, page design and code - are owned by or licensed to Gethealthboost and protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not copy, republish, distribute, scrape or use any part of it commercially without our prior written consent.

12. Acceptable use

When using the site you agree not to:

• Break any applicable law, or use the site for a fraudulent purpose.
• Interfere with the security, availability or normal operation of the site.
• Scrape, harvest, copy or reproduce content, prices or images without written permission.
• Upload or transmit malware, harmful code or automated scripts.
• Attempt to gain access to any account, server or system that is not yours.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its contents are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep information accurate and the site running, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Products are sold for ordinary domestic use as described on their pages and should be used accordingly.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gethealthboost and ORLEN GOURMET LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site or of any product bought through it, including loss of data, revenue or profits. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ORLEN GOURMET LLC, its officers and its staff against any claim, loss or expense, including reasonable legal costs, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

16. Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what personal information we collect, why, and how it is protected.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version is always the one posted on this page, with its effective date at the top; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio and of the United States. Any dispute arising from them, or from your use of the site, is to be brought before the courts located in State of Ohio.
