A weighted band that closes around the wrist, the ankle, the forearm or the lower leg and stays there. The outer surface is silicone over an alloy core, so it sits flat against the skin without chafing or sliding down mid-movement.
The fit is fully adjustable, which is what makes one band work across four placements, and the closure is quick enough to swap position between exercises. It is slim and light to carry, so it travels in a pocket of a gym bag rather than taking up a shelf.
