Half an inch - 12 mm - of TPE under the knees, elbows and tailbone, which is the difference between finishing a floor sequence and cutting it short. The mat comes in the standard 72 x 24 inch size or an extra-wide 72 x 32 inch cut for anyone who keeps running out of room sideways.
The top face is textured to add friction and take up sweat; the underside is pressed in a water-ripple pattern that grips a bare floor so the mat does not creep forward during lunges. The TPE is SGS and TUV certified, non-toxic, odorless and waterproof, so spills wipe off rather than soak in.
