A compact gripper for forearm and hand training between sets, or on the sofa when there is no gym in the day at all. Resistance is set at 20 kg, closed by squeezing the two handles together against a coiled spring.
The handles are machined aluminum, knurled across the contact face so they do not slip out of a sweaty hand - the texture is deliberately coarse. The spring is steel, and the whole unit measures 5.11 x 4.13 x 0.86 inches (13.00 x 10.50 x 2.20 cm) in a plain silver finish.
