Washed leaves that go into a bowl wet turn the dressing into a puddle. Spin them first: the inner basket throws the water out against the bowl wall and the salad comes out dry enough to dress properly.
It works one-handed. The soft non-slip knob turns the basket and locks down flat for storage, and an anti-slip ring on a wide base holds the bowl steady on the counter while it spins. The basket lifts out and doubles as a colander for rinsing fruit, draining pasta or washing herbs - so it earns its cupboard space twice. Made of PP plastic, it measures 23 x 21 x 15 cm (9.1 x 8.3 x 5.9 in).
