A 3-inch stainless steel wheel that rolls through a loaded pizza in one pass rather than dragging the toppings sideways. The wheel is large enough to keep moving over a thick crust and sharp enough not to need a second run down the same line.
The handle is brushed aluminum with a satin finish and, more usefully, a finger guard between the hand and the wheel, which keeps knuckles away from both the blade and the hot cheese. Overall length is 7 5/8 inches, giving enough leverage to press straight down without leaning over the pan.
