Two pairs of stainless steel shears shaped for shellfish. The blade follows the arc of a shrimp body, so it runs along the back to open the shell and lift the vein out in one movement instead of three fiddly ones with a paring knife.
Serrated teeth at the handle end grip a crab or lobster claw firmly enough to crack it without the shell skidding away across the board.
