Lay this silicone mat into a sheet pan and the pan is nonstick for as long as it is in there. Roasted vegetables, cookies and pan pizza release cleanly instead of welding themselves to the metal, and the tray underneath stays clean.
It measures 10 x 14.75 inches and is oven safe to 450 degrees F, which covers everything from a low roast to a hard blast for crisp edges. A grid is printed into the surface for even portioning, and a loop handle at one end lets you lift the mat out of a hot pan without a spatula. Once it is cool, it goes in the dishwasher.
