A flat woven band, 34 by 1.6 inches, sewn into eight separate loops along its length. Hook a foot through one end, take a loop with the hand, and move up or down the strap a loop at a time as the position settles - no knots, no guessing at length.
The webbing is nylon with a latex core, so it gives a little under tension and then holds steady rather than snapping back. It is used in stretching routines, warm-ups before dance or gymnastics practice, and floor work where a longer reach is needed.
