A Danish whisk cuts through wet dough where a spoon stalls and a balloon whisk clogs. The open two-hole head passes through the mixture instead of packing it, so flour and water come together in a fraction of the turns.
These are built from thick natural wood in a firm one-piece body - there is no glued joint to work loose when the dough gets heavy - and the edges are polished smooth. Each one measures 12.6 x 3.5 in (32 x 9 cm), and there are two in the set, so one can be soaking while the other is in the bowl.
